Me and 3 kids got the $5.99 lunch buffet and have to ask to have food added several times... do not waste your money
Managers are so rude, never organized. Not kid friendly, very argumentative. Staff was horrible help nobody knows what an answer is they all seem scared of management. After talking with management we now see why. This is my review after booking 2 large groups for special group package from a flyer the sent me and my business. We will never take a group of students back there. They should be embarrassed how they act in front of customers and especially when kids are around.
We Went to a recent b-day party there! Now I'm looking into a party there for my child.
Got there an hour before they close. Visiting from out of state wanted to do something with the kids. The manager on duty LaDon had the worst attitude. Salad bar was disgusting. I told the manager that the cucumbers and bell peppers were spoiled he said he would remove them I went back and they were still there. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's.
I am really disappointed. We usually go 2 or 3 times a month and generally are happy. Today we went and whoever was playing chuck e cheese was awful. Completely disappointed my daughter. No dancing no follow chuck e and dance. Just threw the tickets and bailed. Additionally it was hot as heck in their and there was no pizza on the buffet. We had to wait forever to actually eat. I think next time we will try incredible pizza.
I had a dual birthday party for my 3 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Everything went perfectly. They were patient and engaging with all the kids, everything was well planned and right on time, none of the games were broken, and i never had to ask for anything. I believe the person assigned to our party was Trinidad. Thank you for all your help, I wish there had been a tip option on the ticket. Also, thank you Chuck E Cheese for enduring all the hugs. Kids had a blast! The adults had a bit of fun themselves!
This is the worst experience we have ever had at a chuck e. Cheese. We won't be back.
