Me and my family went yesterday and besides the kids having a blast we had to wait 2 hours for our pizza. Than they guy had said cause we waited so long he was gonna bring us 400 tokens and he never did.
I am at chuckie cheese at the moment. We have waited probably 30 minutes for pizza. The salad bar is terrible. I ask 2 times to bring letter out that was not rusted. The tomatoes and cucumbers are Rotten. I had to dig thru the tomatoes to find 3 not rotten. I plan to NEVER RETURN HERE. Sorry excuse for a restuarant. Sorry sorry sorry.
Terrible place. Ppl who work there ghetto as hell and not ran well at all smh.
We visited this evening and paid for 3 salad bars at almost $8 each. We had to stand at the salad bar and ask several employees to restock the salad bar. After about 15 minutes we were finally given lettuce. Nothing else was ever restocked. Everything that came off the salad bar tasted like it had been soaked in water. When we spoke to a manager he just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. We are also not impressed that everything isn't one token any more. That is what made them better than their competition. My kids love going to Chuckie Cheese and great place for a family get together and having fun.
Service was slow . place was dirty and the prices on soft drinks are out of this world come on 2.50 for a 16oz drink . We wont be back
We brought our boys here for the first time to celebrate our son's birthday and we had a blast! It was expensive but less so than the other option in town and with an e-mail coupon we were able to bring an extra guest with no extra cost. Pizza was fresh and we didn't have to wait long. It was clean with no broken games. On a Tuesday night there was a very small crowd so all the games were available and by the end of the night it felt like we paid for a private party.
