They were busy with a spring break crowd, buffet was frequently empty. Salad was fresh and cold. Main concern was the receptionist who was watching the door. She was standing with her back to the door, talking on the phone. My kids ran up, went under the rope, and had the door to the parking lot open. They were stopped by another parent. When I addressed my concerns with her, her comment was "I'm busy".
Great service, great people, great food, great fun
Got there at 11am to be told they didn't start buffet until 1st guest orders? So we waited 20 mins for pizza that has no joke 1 piece of sausage or 1 piece of pepperoni per slice. Pizza was below Cicis quality. Kids enjoyed the games but they are no longer all 1 token a piece and even the climb thru toy is now 4 tokens a piece! If my 8 year old didn't enjoy it I'd never go again. It was $50 for 3 adult buffets 1 child buffet and 100 tokens.
Employees were very tentative, My daughter had a wonderful time alot to do for her age.
There's to many ppl I. The first place. There weren't enough employees to help parents and to put out the salad bar. Unorganized and I was there for almost 5 hours last night.
It was a fun experience. I'd like to revisit again as always soon.. :)
The kids had a blast with all the games but our pizza was burnt on the bottom... to the point that even my picky eater just ate the toppings and left the bread on the bottom. Maybe I should have had a salad instead, other than that it was okay.. the kids were more concerned about the the games so maybe we can just eat first next time.
