I thought the party hostess was fantastic. I was disappointed in how many games were out of service or out of tickets.
We had my 5 yr old grandsons birthday there on a Saturday. It was packed with kids but we had a great time. There was plenty of pizza for everyone and the pizza was good. My grandson ran up to his mother and said "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER" !!!!! All and all it was a great experience!
I don't like the place. The food is not very good at all. Mostly it is a casino for kids. Its a hell hole for adults.
I had a great time with the family. I know that I am 25 but I felt like a kid. Such a great place and the staff are excellent. Can't wait to go back.
Took my daughter to celebrate her actual birthday as she turned 5 and had a party at home the day prior. They were short staffed but the employees I can in contact with were nice to work with. There were a few rides not working which was a little upsetting but not a deal breaker. We go at least once a year and thus year was probsbly the first time I had any issues.
I loved it. Excellent service&fast. Mighty good pizza. Kids loved the games.

Yes, very slow service, too crowded, Tickets are only worth a penny each, rip off to the kids. Not much to say about the visit really.
