THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS OUR PIZZA WAS EXTREMELY THIN AND OVER COOKED AND I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE BIRTHDAY CAKE IT WAS MOIST BUT THE FROSTING WAS DISGUSTING. BUT THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY AND THE GRANDKIDS LOVED THE TICKET BLASTER AND THE GAMES ESPECIALLY THE NEW ONES WHERE THEY COULD PUT THEIR PICTURE ON PLASTIC CARDS.
Great place for birthday parties n fun for kids n the whole family the staff is great n willing to help
Hire employees that know how to work with children and are respectful and considerate to their guests. Train your employees to know how to handle situations (such as a child being misplaced from his parents). I would think this would be policy when working in an industry such as this. Your staff is incompetent, do we only blame the staff or do we blame the organization?
Pathetic and bad people work for this location. Manager should be fired for how they managed a parent and child separation.
With 11 grandkids, we go there a lot! Fun for everyone.
It needs to be better maintained. The salad bar was a wreck ! No ice for the soda machine....and there should be someone on the floor at all times making sure the games and rides are working.
