We had a great time with my 4 yr old. We did the buffet and the manager put new pizza out since the other was sitting for ahwile. They were switching machines to point pass cards and getting rid of coins. We went on a thurs afternoon so it wasnt too busy. Had a few machines that ran out of tickets but they fixed them. My 4 yr old loved it!
We went there on 5/23/17 and they were bombarded by the T-Mobile offer and the soda machine was not working. Why would I give it 5 stars? The staff was friendly and upbeat. I had a chance to speak to Nikki (the manager?) and she was very accommodating and helpful. She could have let her tough working situation effect her customer interactions, but she was very nice and made sure all customers knew about what was going on and what options they had. Had my sons 5th birthday party there yesterday. I had 10 kids and about 20 adults. All the kids and adults had a great time. Jenna was the birthday day helper. She was great. My son loved the ticket blaster. We have a good time and will be back.
Pizza was okay, nothing to write home about... kind of burnt, not any real quality. It took 45+ minutes for them to cook 2 pizzas. Too expensive. The churros was definitely burnt, and tasted as if the fryer needed its oil changed a week ago.
Pizza was burned on the bottom. Asked for assistance on a machine that took the tokens and didn't work. The girl came opened it moved the tokens out and left. Didn't give me my tokens back, say it was fixed or anything and left.
Half of the drink flavors were out, numberous machines took our tokens or didn't spit out tickets. For the money we spent there I'd like to see more employees and better upkeep on machines.
The pizza was burned. The staff were on their phones, and unhelpful at the counters (both the prize collection and the food ordering). I felt like that was extremely unprofessional. The games here were mostly "needing repair" or "not working". I spent more time getting my coins back from the broken machines (that were out of tickets, or not working) than actually playing the games.
