We went there yesterday with our granddaughter for lunch. We haven't been in a Chiuck E Cheese's for at least 15 years. We hated their pizza but was a great place to take our kids. What a great surprise, their pizza improved a lot. We had a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese filled crust pizza. Was not bad and it didn't take long to come. I was also surprised that was not so busy for a Saturday with bad weather. Our granddaughter loved it but $38 for a pizza and 4 sodas and some playing credits was a bit steep
The service needs a lot of improvement the ice cream machine did not dispense right & robe the kids money & when we complained we were told to speak with the supperviser that never was found They rip the table cloths off while we were setting there because our time was over I will never recommend this place to no one
I don't like it, the service is very poor because they don't have enough employees to help. Everytime we go the place is dirty the trash cans are always full, they take forever to clean the tables. They say bad words in front of the kids and they take forever to fix the games. The employees always look miserable, and I didn't see any good management handling the place, employees, etc. The machines are always broken.
It was super fun. The employee at the front tried to do everything and could have used another employee to check people in and out. She looked a little frazzled , but was so nice and worked hard. There were not many clean tables. The pizza was awesome and the kids enjoyed playing the games and getting tickets. Overall though I had a wonderful time.
To the management of the Layton Chuck E Cheese. Your employees are way too understaffed!!! Those kids worked their Butts off serving us and everyone else, making sure we had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and kind. And although I could see the stress in their face as more and more people piled in, their service never weakened.
