The pizza made my daughter sick, they need more employees for the amount of family's they get. When Chuck gives out free tokens and tickets he needs to make sure it gets too all .front ,middle and back but not just the front. there s alot of kids that didn't get a chance to get anything left with a sad face. Maybe organizes by ages.
It's a mad house! Salad bar seem to always be empty and took over an hour to receive our 3 pizzas and wings. Every drink seem to be out of syrup also.
Noisy beyond measure! The kids had fun, but the pizza was not good. It was sort of greasy and just unenjoyable.
It's unfortunate to keep a manager that is supposed to be a role leader and help the youth grow in there work environment yet act like a 15 yr old with all the unprofessional gossip and threats of control of schedules. If you dont like supervising the youth then find another job!! The service is only a reflection of who they work for.. And I hope higher management takes this post serious.. Cause im on my way in to have a convo of my own!!
Not enough ticket counters, and the one's that they do have are broken. Dirty. Order pizzas for a birthday party and it took well over an hour after ordering to get them served. Employees act like you're an inconvenience for them to help you.
I was disappointed when I came in at 7 pm no line for food, yet somehow it took an hour for the pizza to come out. As I watched several people who ordered and sat down after me recieve their food before me. Majority of the machines do not work, they either were not on, took your coin, or produced no tickets several times I lost coins and didn't recieve tickets. I was not apologized to,nor given anything to make up for my horrible experience I will never return here.
