I had the salad bar. Not much variety, maybe some peas, more meat. The shredded cheese had melt together so didn't eat it. Having a sausage pizza should not cost extra. No ice tea.
I had fun with my kids and they love it everything changed since I was a kid
Super disappointed in the new Play Points system. Each game took 3-5 points which wiped us out pretty quick. The old system of 1 token per game was a lot more fun and my kids were able to play a bunch more games. We won't be going back any time soon.
No one was at the front door to stamp or check stamps on way out. The poor girl taking orders was trying to do it all. Was neon day, we received nothing that was promoted, even after asking. Food was great, was impressed how the quality has improved. Not all games worked. Stood in line forever to count tickets. Out of 8 counters only 2 worked. Facility was clean overall. Bday party tables were empty and had not been cleared the 1 1/2 hours we were there.

We came in for the buffet and the pizza wasn't the normal chuck E cheese pizza, it was this nasty, thin, cold, peroroni. When you come in they list 10 differnt yummy pizzas. But in reality all they had was plain cheese, pepperoni and pineapple. Thats it!!! The salad was old, wilted, and slimy and you get no toppings!! Just lettuce and cheese. So we had a wonderful experience here today. Some dirt bag stole all of our tickets off of our table and I went to ask the management if they had a camera and instead of just turning us away or anything like that they gave us more tickets than we had ever earned. I even told them that. I'm not telling you this so you can get a bunch of free tickets but I want people to know that if you take care of your customers they will keep coming back.
