they did everything they promised when I purchased the birthday package. all we did was show up. and I really needed that help this year! thank you to the host who really made us feel like his priority. really!
Several employees tried to take pictures of my little sister without permission and secretly while my parents were at this location. From what I understand, these employees are still working here with children and nothing has been done about this issue, even though management was informed.
I've come here a few times. I'm from out of state where we dont have a Chuck E. Cheese. it's gotten better over time. I love the change to unlimited play with the pass vs tokens. I wish your ticket prize items were better value. 400 is a lot of tickets for a kid and you have cheap toys or candy for their reward. You have great game selection. food isnt great here but kids love it. My son loves it so that's all that matters. We will always come back when in the state.

Food was very poor we had a sandwich it was bad. Had chicken nuggets ff took an hour to get it. The place was not busy
