I had to change my dentist from one upstairs to downstairs at Chrysalis, due to my Arthritis and it being difficult to climb the stairs! Everyone was very helpful, and friendly!! The new Dentist was very nice, and the visit went well!
I could not attend the appointment as some emergency came up and I was not able to call to cancel the appointment. I have rescheduled the appointment and am not happy that I have to pay £70 again for the dental hygienist appointment.
Bobby has always been a professional His manor, personality is warm and welcoming he offers clear communication regarding the required work and pricing. I would not willing allow anyone else to work on my teeth. He has proven to be the best dentist I have ever used. Very happy
Went to have my teeth cleaned & saw Vicky. She was amazing & made me feel comfortable. She gave me loads of tips & will definitely continue seeing her in the future!!
Such a reassuring experience to meet and be given sound advice. My dentist used up to date equipment to xray all my teeth and fill any that were necessary. The treatment is on going but I have no concerns at all about going to the dentist now.
