Would definitely recommend. After a fall (landing on my back and smashing my knee into the wall at the same time!!!!) I was obviously in a lot of pain, I could hardly get myself straight and getting up was so painful. Anyway fast forward to my visit to Illona and she has managed to sort it out, both my back and my knee are now ok. Thank you Illona x
