Hour wait in exam room. Dont mind wait with time also given to me. Doctor knowledgeable on my condition. Gives advice for further treatment.
Don't waste your time. A ruptured disk with nerve completely impinged causing loss of leg. He told my disability company I had no limitations or restrictions and should work full time. Such a joke.
Dr. Heck took the time to explain everything and was very friendly.
Obvious knowledge and professionalism, listened and evaluated complaint, vluatd images and explained what was required to fix the issue. Good to go.
I was comfortable asking questions and Dr Heck answered each question clearly and confidently. He's a very kind and smart doctor.
Dr Heck has been taking care of me and my wife is seeing another specialist at southlake for her shoulder. the whole organization is first class. if you need something or something doesnt seem right, they will attend to you quickly. i recommend anyone to let Dr Heck take care of you

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the service was fast not a long waiting process.
Well it’s obvious that “Dr” Heck works for the insurance companies. He saw me as an IME and was in the room for 17 minutes (I videoed the exam). And now he says I can go back to work “full duty” when other doctors say “no”. So much for integrity and his oath.
