From start to finish with our house sale, the staff at Christopher Batten were brilliant. Our house was valued well and competitively and the photographer Mark took amazing photos which really stood out on RightMove, really helping get those first ‘bites’. Rachel, lovely and positive ,kept everyone in the loop and was always great to speak to on the phone. Had no phone calls, no e-mails, no liason whatsoever within 6 months of them taking property on. No apologies or explanation of what happened or didn't happen when I asked for keys back, they didn't seem interested at all in selling my property. Would never use again nor recommend sadly as big name but terrible service
