Had no phone calls, no e-mails, no liason whatsoever within 6 months of them taking property on. No apologies or explanation of what happened or didn't happen when I asked for keys back, they didn't seem interested at all in selling my property. Would never use again nor recommend sadly as big name but terrible service
Excellent all round service. All staff were very helpful and communication was first class. The whole process was made smooth and easy by the company's knowledge and expertise. Would not hestitate to recommend.
