Pathetic customer service! Very unprofessional staff. After making several phone calls and leaving numerous messages asking to be called back, i have not had anybody follow up. Ridiculous and a joke of a company.
I have called this company two times now at their Birmingham office and promises that Steven Bell will contact me. In two days nothing. Does not inspire confidence. I will now try the Bristol office to see if they are interested in doing any business.
