Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Yes, I trust them Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not really, it took a long time
