This dental practice is a joke! We switched to Christy Dental because they are a preferred dentist under our insurance and we were looking to save some money. The dentist there told my husband he had three cavities and a cracked tooth that needed a crown. After a visit to our previous more trusted dentist, we find out he has no cavities and our dentist was able to fix the cracked tooth without a crown. This practice over charges and makes up issues so they can do unnecessary dental work. What a rip off!!
Dental work superior. Billing issues a nightmare. They say they are a participating provider with Delta Dental however they charge over the allowable amounts they have contracted with Delta Dental and then leave it up to you to figure out you have over paid when you get the EOB from Delta Dental. When you ask them for a refund of the over payment that is when the nightmare begins. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
