Took my stepson here to get his wound checked because it started to puss a little. 6 hrs later they finally called him and only to clean it and send him home. Never again will i go here. Other people were complaining about how they were there more then 6hrs. Just crazy!!!!
Been here since 12:00 last night and still in the waiting area. They told us they were back up by about three hours. So they not think i see how many people you took back and how many left. This place is usually not like this. I think about 3 people taken back only after about 3 people were discharge. So many left and walked out. Theygot to know they don't count as patients served. Wait the fourth one was taken back woohoo. Never again during the night
Worst experience ever.. 7 days now and I’m still waiting for a call to set up my sleep study and Audiology department will not take my appointment because a diagnosis code (billing) was not written on my referral but in the mean time my ear hurts and I can’t hear out of 1 ear...

Worst experience I have ever experienced! Talked to the nurse coordinator And haven’t heard from them and nothing has changed. Most disorganized, uncaring, unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with. My father came here with pneumonia and end up with an ulcer on his low back. Needles to say how poor the care has been. Today I got here to find him without diaper, with a pee wet towel covering his part and completely pooped on his bed. My father is bed rest but he is able to talk and he stated he is been dirty... read more
