Worst experience from "healthcare workers" (and i use the term loosely) I have ever experienced! called patient relations while I was still a patient and I have yet to hear anything... every nurse except 2 were nice. couldn't get a straight answer from any of the staff, not the nurses, the nurse manager or the doctors. Most disorganized, uncaring, unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with. I am so tired of all the finger pointing, excuses and empty apologies l have heard for the past 6 days! Came for surgery on the 30th of November for a total thyroidectomy surgery. Everyone was so kind and made me as comfortable as possible before and after my surgery. Didn't have to wait to long for a room after being in recovery which I was there for 3 to 4 hours. I thank all the nurses on the 4th floor and in recovery. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. I guess everyone is different.

I love Love love this ER I have never seen one like it!! You never have a wait time and if you did the have an internet cafe!!!! Free coffee or tea!!! And endless snacking possibility!!! You get your own private room! No sharing ..nurses,doctors,and techs are professional and very caring ... I choose to come here over doctors office!
