Patient meds arent given on time, some nurses will talk bad about your loved one behind their back, they will retaliate against you or your loved one if you call and complain to patient relations about certain nurses and doctors. They will lie to you, for example i called a certain place to see if someone from wilmington hospital called for my father i was told nobody called for my father. Some of the nurses and doctors don't communicate with each other and can't get their stories straight.
Communication from the minute I got here was terrible! Woke me up for surgery without me even speaking to a doctor. So many misses from the moment I got there until the moment I left.
