They are the most disorganized and rudist people I have ever met. The staff acts like your an inconvenience to them and will walk right away from you while you are talking to them or asking questions. I sat there for nine and a half hours just to get into a room for them to give my friend some medication to help some food that she couldn't Digest on her esophagus that was caught in her throat down

They are more efficient at night then during the day!! I’ve been here twice since Sunday because I tested positive for the Flu and it affected my asthma. Sunday the nurses and doctors were amazing. Today at this very moment NOPE!! I just want to breathe and go home!! I coughing up mucus and I know I have bronchitis bc I get at least every other year so just give me an antibiotic and send me on my way!! Worst emergency staff...bunch of residents. Didn't help my son after being sent from downstate oral surgeon to have oral surgery done at this hospital. Have been in ER since 9:30pm and still currently waiting for oral surgeon to come and see my son. I came in with xrays that no one looked at until after 2:30am. Just to tell me they would like to release him and make follow up appointment at their local clinic. The hospital is understaffed with knowledgeable employees. Avoid this hospital at all cost.
