RecommendedTook very good care of me after a bad fall broke my hip. they got me into surgery quick and started rehab very fast so I could get on feet again. it was a very painful injury and they kept that in mind, but kept motivating me to push myself. at this point I am still working on walking better but would not have gotten as far as I am so quickly. staff was friendly, encouraging, really cared and made an unpleasant injury tolerable. every one from kitchen staff to Doctors get a big thumbs up. Horrible timely manner, not informative at all. Not very empathetic . Just sucky
RecommendedIt’s a good hospital but they need to train their personnel in the empathy department!
Be prepared to be treated rudely by staff. They don’t like questions. Also will only allow one family member to call the nurse’s station to check on parent’s condition (despite having the parent’s permission and 4 digit password). Make a better choice and go out of state. #medicaidfraud
