For one, have the doctor's office staff answer the phone. Then when they do, they could be helpful. In one case they've actually said that they couldn't make an appointment. They actually close the entire office down during "lunchtime." If our office did that people would be outraged. Usually, several office staff can answer the phone and they stagger breaks so that someone is always there to take a call during normal business hours (8-5, 9-5 or 8-4:30).

Why does this big ask hospital bot have fast track why are there a constant 10 ppl in the waiting room. How p stay calm is beyond me. it is insane to wait 8 hours but that is the reason why the hospital has had people die in the ER waiting room. I am trying to be calm 😌

Recommended2 years ago today you guys did an emergency c section that saved our babies life. You kept him safe in the NICU for about a month and then another 3 weeks on the maternity floor. Thank you so much for saving our little boy. Thank you for all that you do.

I’ve never waited this long at another hospital, 5 hrs and still haven’t been seen
worst wait and treatment ever..i walked out the ER and i had a serious injury. i went to a better hospital where i was treated like a patient with an urgent issue. this hospital will let you sit and die. pleasee bypass this place
The worst experience I have ever had! First off they take you back to triage and it was way over crowded! They sat a lady next to me that was coughing so I stood up and they said oh you can sit back down, I said no because we are supposed to be social distancing. Then they have curtain areas for the nurses to come in but they don’t sanitize after every patient so you are put in areas that other people just got up from and there is no sanitizing!
