The wait is way too long. The nurses are lazy!!! Waiting 2 hours to get a doctor and then wait another 2 hours for medicine. Short staff of doctors and nurses. Been here since 4pm and it’s 3 am!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!!

I just want to brag about our experience at Christiana Hospital for labor, delivery and post partum. Every single step of the whole process was amazing. I had the BEST nurses in the entire world and they all genuinely cared about me and what was going on. I had 52 hours of labor and then ended up having a c section, had huge blood clots that had to manually be evacuated and then had to have a blood transfusion which was so painful, but everyone was on the ball and did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. My father was sent to this ER after becoming apneic, having multiple runs of PVCs, and possibly new onset a-fib. This occured in a doctors office who immediately sent him to this ER. HE was discharged with well your electrolytes look good. This is not the standard of care for a cardiac event. No serial troponins, no admission for monitoring or a stress test. Went in with chest pains after having a seizure & falling. They left me in the hallway for 2 hours before I had to make a scene. Chest pain got worse & started throwing up. Finally got a room just to be left alone for another 2 hours. 3 nurses came to take blood & couldn't find a vein. After another hour I left. Didn't see a doctor. Didn't get anything for the nausea or headache. Didn't even get discharge papers.
Wait time to long.
