Poor care and billing
I needed care and help last Tuesday, and I went straight to Christiana Hospital. Couldn't have had nicer, more caring doctors and nurses than I did the whole time I was there. Like any place, you hear good and bad things, but I had a great experience, and felt like I was in the best hands all the time. So thank you to the doctors and nurses in the ER, and especially to the doctors and nurses in the CSSU.
It’s been always an issue with environmental services (housekeeping) floors and patients rooms always filthy!!! This has been an issue for a very long time and nothing never gets done!! SUPERVISORS SHOULD WALK MORE THE UNITS THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM!!
After working with many departments, there is staff everywhere to make your experience comfortable, provide you and your support person assistance and knowledge, and cheer you along the way!! Thank you Christiana Hospital!
