I highly recommend this hospital but certain circumstances right now is why I'm leaving a bad review. We have had two successful pregnancies and births threw Christiana. This past pregnancy being twins. The hospital stay and birth went great and the staff were amazing. Our big issue is that the hospital never sent the birth records to vital statistics. Which legally they have 10 days to do. We gave birth August 30, the 10 days have past. My husband has called multiple times and is given the run around to different people and... read more

Waited in ER for 12 hours for stomach pain & nausea only to be given a topical cream to put on my stomach!!!! After more waiting the Dr finally administered a round of pain & nausea meds which quickly eliminated my suffering. Awful experience. Never going back

I cut my finger and tried to get it to stop for 1.5 hrs it didn't so I called and they told me if it is actively bleeding to come in I didn't need an appointment. so I drove there. went in and when asked if they could help me I held up my finger and said I can't get the bleeding to stop it is controlled as I put a pressure dressing on it. they said if I didn't have an appointment that they could not see me. the older lady at desk said she is actively bleeding. the two other girls didn't seem to care. they said we are booked ... read more

Wait time is horrible. Some of the staff were rude when asked about the wait time. No one wants to be here so at least show some compassion. There were a few nice people but it’s the rude ones you remember. Having your loved one in a hallway for over 3 hours is not what you pay for. Their response was the longest wait time right now is 5 hours. We are still on the bottom of the list. Dementia is hard enough to manage. Don’t come here on a Monday and your need is not urgent.

We received immediate, compassionate & knowledgeable care. Admitted, treated & back home in 2 hours. The staff is friendly & makes you feel at ease & relieved at the answers they provide.

They are a bunch of thieves I got billed $127 for a 10min phone call with a doctor, I understand that the doctors have to get paid but that’s exaggerating their prices.
