RecommendedI highly recommend this hospital but certain circumstances right now is why I'm leaving a bad review. We have had two successful pregnancies and births threw Christiana. This past pregnancy being twins. The hospital stay and birth went great and the staff were amazing. Our big issue is that the hospital never sent the birth records to vital statistics. They are a bunch of thieves I got billed $127 for a 10min phone call with a doctor, I understand that the doctors have to get paid but that’s exaggerating their prices.

change your visitation rules with parents going to see THEIR OWN CHILD IN THE NICU. One parent allowed in an isolated room at a time to be with their child? how idiotic does that sound? what is the purpose of this moronic rule? so a team of doctors can be in the same room doing their rounds but the child's parents aren't allowed to be with their child together!? This is about as asinine a rule I ever heard

Limiting visitors has been put in place in order for us to balance the need for parental visitation and prevent spread of COVID-19. Was in hospital this past June at christiana hospital for a double bypass and a valve replacement, my surgery was done by Dr. Blackwell I have nothing but good things to say about my treatment . It was my first major operation and the two weeks I was there I was treated great by all the nurses in ICU . What wonderful group of professional people. Thank you Dr. Blackwell and all of my ICU nurses.

For one, have the doctor's office staff answer the phone. Then when they do, they could be helpful. In one case they've actually said that they couldn't make an appointment. They actually close the entire office down during "lunchtime." If our office did that people would be outraged. Usually, several office staff can answer the phone and they stagger breaks so that someone is always there to take a call during normal business hours (8-5, 9-5 or 8-4:30).

Sent over by work comp. It is an 8 hour wait for most not all. COVID 19 is among us and not once have they clean chairs in the waiting room. Why does this big ask hospital bot have fast track why are there a constant 10 ppl in the waiting room. How p stay calm is beyond me. it is insane to wait 8 hours but that is the reason why the hospital has had people die in the ER waiting room. I am trying to be calm 😌
