I used the website to set up an appointment on a day I had available for service only to learn when I showed up to drop off my vehicle that my appointment wasn't in the system and that sometimes the website doesn't work. Bummer.

Just picked up my car this morning and I have never been so happy with a car repair place in my life! They told me what was happening and what my car needed. The biggest shock was when they suggested I NOT have my AC repaired due to the age of my car and the possibility that other parts of the system my not hold up and spending that kind of money on a 32 year old car would not be wise! I'm very happy that I took my van to Christian Brothers. They treated me with respect and kept me updated on the work they were doing. I feel a lot safer with my new brakes.
Jared and the whole gang are awesome. Since I have been going they have been nothing but exemplary. Today I was concerned about my brakes as yesterday they were smoking & was making a grinding sound. I didn't have appointment scheduled but because I have trip to Spokane coming up the fit me today. Thank you guys for looking out for me & my van.
