Christian Brothers is an amazing business! They winterized all the residents vehicles of Chapel Court Assisted Living. They were so kind to my elderly dad. This morning I got an unexpected flat tire in front of Walgreens. Realizing Christian Brothers Automotive was behind the store, I pulled behind Walgreens to see if I could get in to get my tire fixed. The gentlemen working went above and beyond to help me! I want to thank you for repairing our van so quickly. The engine was idling high and when they told me what was wrong with it, my heart sunk. We use this vehicle to get my disabled son back and forth to appointments and it is our only vehicle. The repair was done so quickly and I am no longer worried about my transmission or engine mounts. I took my Ford F150 to Christian brothers in January. I needed a quote on fixing my rear defrost and my front drivers seat heater. They told me it would be $149 for the initial visit and then they would give me a quote. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they hadn’t fixed either problem and they charged me $442. I was livid. They promised me a quote before any work was done. All they did was inspect my vehicle and change one hose. Neither the seat heater or the rear defrost were fixed.
