One of the better automotive places I've been to in quite awhile. I had a couple of maintenance items taken care of on my truck. They stayed within their estimated time frame, estimated costs and emailed an eval of truck's condition/wear to me after the work was done. Will be using them again! I appreciate a clean, honest, polite place that doesn't mind my kids and I hanging around waiting. Lastly, I appreciate the extra "thank you" card and bottle of water. I have taken both my cars to these guys and they did a fantastic job on both! They sent me a list of things wrong via email on both cars and were very honest what to fix and what could wait and that has not always been the case in the past for me with other service departments especially me being a woman. They will always be my mechanics in the future! To all the guys that helped me thank you so much, you made a very stressful sitution better with your kindness!

A local dealership quoted us numerous "urgent" repairs/maintenance that totalled about 3/4 of what we paid for our vehicle. I was shocked, but also very skeptical. Took it in to Christian Brothers for a comparison. I don't think I've ever experienced this level of customer service. They gave us a much more transparent inspection and explained that only a few of the items mentioned by the dealership actually needed immediate attention. They completed those repairs the same day.
