So gracious to help us out with a noise we couldn't see under our hood. We rolled in at 6 minutes before closing (no one likes that) because we were just going thru Billings from NC on the way to Glacier. They rolled under the car right in the parking lot and quickly found and fixed the minor problem! We were back on the road in 5 minutes and wouldn't take anything for their trouble! We thank you so much for the neighborly attitudes! Come to the Smoky Mountains soon!
We bought a used 97 Geo Tracker to tow behind our RV. Didn't pay much for the Tracker, and probably spent too much getting it up and running great; but we are extremely happy with the service and over-all friendliness of John, Josh, and Jarred. It now is running really well, and I feel confident it will stay that way for a long time. I completely trust Christian Brothers, as we have a second Tracker, and GMC pickup that will be going to C.B's for all their service needs.
These people are first rate and second to none. EXPERT work and the best staff in town for automotive work. They are fair, professional and as honest as the day is long. You will not go wrong with these folks for anything from a simple oil change to the most complex problem solving and repair on any motor vehicle. Try them and you won't go any place else for your auto work.
I have never had a mechanic I trust until I found these awesome folks. There were two times I took my van to them saying I needed work done and they informed me that I didn't, or were honest about what really needed to be done and saved me money. I love them. I was really sad when I found out I was moving because I will be leaving this branch. But! Then they told me that there are Christian Brothers where I am moving. I am stoked to continue doing business with this company.

Excellent customer service....great track of maintenance items needed done on our vehicles. Great repair service that you can count on being completed properly.
My car started to overheat and we weren't sure what was wrong. Brought it in on a Friday and by closing time the car was fixed! Since this is our only means of transportation they offered to drop me off and pick me up from my apartment at no extra cost! What a lifesaver, can not thank them enough for their work. Great group of people dedicated to quality work. Thanks guys!
