Thank you Christian Brothers. My sister was traveling through town when her transmission light came on. She went to the Archie Cochran Ford dealership and was told they could not help her. She then went to Bob Smith Lincoln Mercury and was told she would definitely need a new transmission. I sent her to you and you diagnosed the problem correctly, replaced the parts and she was back on the road today. You went above and beyond and we thank you!!!
Was so impressed starting with the cleanliness and general impression of the technicians. They went above and beyond to make my daughter happy making sure she had snacks, put on Mickey Mouse for her, gave us waters and we just instantly trusted them. I felt like I would always get an honest answer from them. They earned lifelong customers that day. Impressive, good guys running a trustworthy business.
They got me in last minute for a tire repair/ check before a road trip when they were very busy. Much appreciated.
I was debating investing money to repair my van or just buy another one. I brought my van to Christian Brothers and they took their time and fixed what needed to be fixed and were courteous and helpful. Very impressed with their enthusiams to do things right and their honesty about what needed to be done and what didn't. Highly recommend!
Wonderful customer service , waiting room that doesn't look like an automotive place and they offer you drink and have snacks. Can't beat buy one get one free!
This is the best repair shop I've ever been to. This is a great group of guys, who diagnosed the problem with my truck, ordered the correct parts, and got it fixed by the end of the day, and all at a fair price. You can't beat that. Oh, yes you can. These guys are also top notch professionals who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and that they value you, and not just as a dollar sign.
