Great service from an independent hearing centre. One of my aids stopped working. Got a very quick appointment to have a new hearing test and order some new ones. Best of all they gave me the loan of one!!! Thank goodness as I felt wobbly with only one. Quick appointment when my new aids arrived and they even paired them to my iphone and went through all the details with me. Thank you so much Ian and Belinda.

First class for customer care and knowledge. I have been to many practitioners over the years. But none are are good as this company. Strongly advise you make the trip and not waste the time on other better known companies. Many of my family come here now and all are extremely pleased with their professional support. They are totally independent too, not like the High Street retailers, so they sell any make of hearing aid.
