We had tried to arrange a viewing on a property for sale with Chris Hamriding on 4 occasions. Every time we were told that they would speak to the vendor and arrange a date, We heard nothing back Then 2 days later we would receive a call asking for feedback on the property from our viewing, We gave them 4 chances to arrange a viewing and they failed on all 4 occasions.
Good presentation of my property and identification of a buyer, with viewings arranged by Nicola. Caroline dealt efficiently with the sale, informing me by phone and email. She encouraged me to query the initial offer and managed to agree an increase to help with associated fees. I found her very plaesant and friendly when I visited the office,
