Am I so petrified of dentist trips but they made me feel comfortable and spoke to me really well and even made me feel at ease and had a laugh...would definitely go back if I have any other dental issues
I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. After taking time off work to attend my appointment, I booked in and took a seat. 50 minutes later, I went to the same receptionist and asked when I would be seen, as I had another appointment to attend after my dental appointment. The receptionist asked me if i had booked in, so i reminded her that it was her who had taken my payment. I was told that she hadn't booked me in and gave me a very flippant apology. Great dental practice. I was seen out of hours and prescribed antibiotics that I desperately needed.
I've never had any problem at The Oaks, the staff are really lovely and welcoming. Our dentist is great, very thorough and helps you to feel calm when anxious. He explains any procedure that may be needed. The reception team are fab, approachable and always happy to help.
