The wait was a little long but service was good,and they shouldnt call ppl by last name.
I been coming here for 13yrs. Love them but I gotta say Dr. Rios, love her to pieces. She take her time and really check your kids and if she's not sure she go ask one of her fellow doctors. She just so hard to get an appointment with but I still managed to see her somewhere down the line. But yessss nice new location and bigger.
I love it at Chop South Philly! Whenever I have had complaints they were dealt with in a great manner. Sometimes the wait can be long but I love the new location and the many things my kids are able to play with makes it much easier. Things became increasingly better once I decided to get an attending and not a student. Nothing against students, I had several awesome students but you can't get use to them seeing your student and it is difficult to schedule.
The best ever. I am so thankful and grateful for Dr. Elango. Not only is she beautiful she is beautiful inside. She took the time to see my daughter even though I was extremely late. She didn't rush. She made my daughter feel welcomed. Thank you for being a great doctor. First impressions are the best impressions
Very clean, great staff, they also took care of me when I became hypoglycemic.
I have nothing but great things to say about Chop south philly office! Especially Racheal Cohen she is an amazing person. Also i cant forget about Maria! Love you girls�
