RecommendedThe doctors here are great but the clerical staff are really rude. Tried to make a well visit appointment and after holding for half an hour they hung up on me in the middle of talking to them. So I called the sick line and they were also very rude. She was very sarcastically nice and rude at the same time. The clerical staff need to be trained on etiquette on dealing with people.

They turned away my 2 month old baby for an insurance issue and because I couldn’t pay out of pocket. I haven’t worked in 2 months and every bill I have is behind. They couldn’t try to recommend where I could get help or financial assistance.

You can't call them directly for an appointment. You have to talk to an off site call center. They take your details and say someone will call you back. Nobody ever does. If you ever do get an appointment, block out at least four hours of your day because that's how long you'll be there.
For the most part staff there is incredibly accommodating. Although when it comes to appointments sometimes it all has to be up to a computer instead of the common sense of somebody with a pulse. I just discovered the CHOP App and the way you could benefit me keeping track of my daughters appointments and having a complete record that I can print out at will. This would be incredibly valuable resource for any parent! Asked my daughter she still absolutely adores her doctor, Dr Lockwood
