So pleased upon receiving my dining room table. It was packaged so well and it is great quality and value for money. Delivery arranged in advance and drivers contacted beforehand. Very happy customer. Thank you!
I ordered a chair which was on their website as “in stock” and available for delivery within days. Call received to say not in stock and would be 2 months. Asked for a refund, but nothing received. It’s been 4 days… now I have to chase and spend my time and effort getting money back.
Awful company to deal with no communication then when chased the delivery date is another month, to crown it all the colour is wrong and they want another £60 to return it! Avoid!
Excellent service and communication from CFS, the whole experience was brilliant. A great choice of products, easy online ordering and always ready to help via phone and email as I hadn't seen the products. The delivery crew were great too. Everything arrived on time, was well packaged and I'm very pleased with my purchases. Would definitely recommend.
