Avoid, terrible product and service. We got our blinds installed on our downstairs bay window and room windows. They offered to split the blinds in the middle so we could open the top and bottom separately if we wanted to. We agreed to it but while doing so they broke the blind and told us they would have to come back and fix it another day, you can see it in the picture. They never came back even though they promised to fix it, instead they left a broken product that we have been fully charged for. We’ve been following up s... read more
