My 3 year old daughter was sick this weekend so we headed to the urgent care. My daughter is very anxious and generally hates going to the doctor's so I knew this was going to be a challenge. Boy was I wrong. Once we got seen, the most animated and pleasant doctor I have ever met greeted my daughter, Dr. Ruzzeki. She was so sweet and put my daughter immediately at ease. The doctor was very rude to my daughter who was sick. The wait time was just as bad as going to the CHKD emergency room. I asked the doctor a question and she either ignored me or did t hear me. We will not come back here
Took my son on Sunday. Fever sore throat. Was sent home with a popsicle and a bill for $80.00. Took him to the Sentara doctor this morning, they tested for strep and sure enough he had it. I would not recommend CHKD Urgent Care. I won't be going back.
