I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this GP practice. It looks like they so low availability to get to see or have a call from the doctor . The receptionists were not helpful or kind when I tried to arrange an appointment. Despite contacting the practice every day and several times, I was unable to get an appointment even after 5 days despite I have been in A&E and they have told me to contact the gp for further checks. My family and I have been treated with extreme care by Dr Szyszko, Dr Lister , nurse Nicky Smith and their colleagues for many years. We cannot praise them enough for their personal care and effort to resolve any health issues.
I like this surgery. Drs are thorough and I have never left without some useful advice (at the very least). Dr Szysko is clearly very knowledgeable and keen to help, which is really reassuring.
Rude. Walk into reception and you might as well be invisible, then when you’re spoken to it’s with attitude. Is it really that difficult to say “hello, how can I help you?”
