I called in to make an appointment. I was informed by the receptionist that I would be informed of a slot availability within 24 hours. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up call after that. I called back the following day to be informed that the clinic is closed and will only reopen at the end of the month. It would have been helpful for staff to inform of this earlier such that alternative arrangements could be made on our part.

I have been seeing Maureen in my third trimester of pregnancy to treat pubis symphysis (SPD, ie: excessive movement of the pubic symphysis). I am normally a runner and triathlete but the pain of simple day-to-day activities like getting in and out of bed caused by the SPD was unbearable. After only one treatment at the clinic, I felt a million times better and can now walk comfortably. I had never tried acupuncture and I must say I was not only impressed but completely mind blown by the results.
