I'm very sorry to say that I didn't benefit from my sessions here at all, in fact my neck problems seemed a lot worse than when I started going there a couple of months back. The team are really charming, but unfortunately it was a waste of money and time for me personally.... I followed the instructions of self-exercises,etc, and with ice packs, etc, however I felt that I was worse-off than before I went there back in April/May. Does not work for everyone!
When I went to see Michaelson, I was not sure that it would have much impact on my pain management. I have been in pain for many many years and this treatment to me was just one of many that I have tried and would just be another short term fix. How wrong I was. Michael and the rest of the team are really welcoming and friendly. They are really empathic and make everything easy for you. I started going there over 3 months ago due to a really painful sciatica and the treatment has been excellent, really effective, and given with care and compassion.
Had weekly treatments and was given neck exercises to do daily. My lower back and flexibility has improved significantly. I am really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend.
Chiro Retreat Croydon, Is a place to be that will handle all your concerns about your generalised pains. Chiro took care of my waist pain that had lasted for years. I booked an appointment, attended the therapy sessions which lasted for 12 weeks. My waist pain varnished. Generalised pians all over my body varnished.
