Worst Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. We drove nearly two hours for my daughter’s appointment and were looking forward to grabbing dinner afterward. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. We weren’t greeted, yet the employees stood around chatting to each other, the restaurant was dirty, and our mobile order wasn’t ready at the promised time. Waited 20 minutes in line to only then ask what I wanted and be told theyre just straight up out of rice because of a catering order. Consistently the worst chipotle ive been to.
