Absolutely awful the staff were not trained at all and very rude! The room was disgusting and hygiene poor, reusing towels for each customer. Proper products weren't for example they used Vaseline instead of oils on me! They then also used kitchen roll over me which was so bizarre. They gave no privacy when getting changed which made the experience very uncomfortable. I asked for full body but they only did back and arms but to be honest I was so glad when it was over and to leave as quickly as I could. Came out more stresse... read more
