Awful experience this afternoon!!! I booked a one hour full body massage as I suffer from neck and back pain. Woman that did the massage (did not even tell me her name) was very unfriendly, abrupt and rush me through everything. I felt very undignified, not given any cover at all until I asked for a towel, the towel that was given to me had already been used and was hanging on the wall.
