Great product. Great service. Great value! Over the moon with our new sofa set from Chimes. We went for the Roped Portofino. The quality of the product is really good and feels far more expensive than it is. The beauty of Chimes is they hold their own stock. So if are like me and you don't want to wait. You can pay and collect same day. I would highly recommend this company.
Superb company from start to finish. No pressure sales just good advice, fantastic service and delivery. Great after sales service, we had a small mark on one of the chairs and was exchanged in 2 days. We also had a pergola delivered and the fitters were happy to give advice on the day. Fully recommend using chimes. Thanks to Lee and team for the ease in buying some great products.
Inferior quality. I purchased their Chelsea rattan garden furniture set, and after two summers, the cushions started to fall apart. They quoted me £500 to replace them. Response: The cushions have been very well looked after (not abused), alongside cushions from a sun lounger from a competitor brand that were purchased before these, and they look like new. The issue was raised in August 2023, at the end of the second summer of owning. The 10% discount on new cushions made the replacement set £501.
