Lucy Sole-Strevens looked into it for me and came back very promptly with the detailed info that showed very clearly what the charges were for. Lucy was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.
Our Company has used Chilterns Estate agents to manage a number of our rental properties for many years. The whole team are excellent. They maintain good relationships with our tenants, are attentive when issues arise and proactive in raising up coming issues with us. Our property manager Lucy has completed a number of big refurbishments during void periods as well managing day to day issues, we would recommend Lucy and the whole team to other Landlords.
