I contacted Chiltern Hearing during the weekend after having a distressing loss of hearing following a failed attempt to remove wax from both of my ears at another company. Nimi telephoned me on a Sunday (amazing) to offer advice and reassurance and booked me in for microsuction first thing Monday morning. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none and she was able to remove the wax which has left me with better hearing than I have had for years! Faultless from start to finish. Answered my desperate call on a Sunday. Squeezed me in the following day. Everything throroughly explained, did pain free microsuction. Hearing fully restored. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending.
