I've eaten here at least 100 times. We live less than a mile away and my kids love it. I did too. But the service has gone from ok to non-existent. I'm not picky. I don't send my food back if it's cold and most of the time I won't complain even if the order is wrong. But I do expect the server to check back once or twice after the food is delivered to refill drinks. There are too many other restaurants within less than a mile that do offer decent service and the same prices to keep going here.

I recommend that you try this location again, if you had a bad experience. James (Figgy) has unfortunately moved from Murfreesboro to the Smyrna location and has turned things around...we want him back!! Give tem another chance and tell JAMES HELLO.
Lovely place to eat! Workers there are so sweet!! Food is DELICIOUS!! Definitely would recommend!!
The food came on time and was good. It was noisy and the music was too loud and not in good taste. We decided Chili's is not our favorite place to have a meal.😫☹️
Great place. Best food. Ifwonderfull people. you get a chance go there.
The wait staff could be better. Our waitress wasn't big on making sure we got anything in a timely manner.
