Blackberry Margaritas were great, service not so much.
Our server was great. It was my granddaughter birthday and he talked to her a lot. The food was good. I did hate they don't do anything for birthdays anymore. They should bring that back.
I eat at this chilis all the time but this time will be the late time. My food had little pieces of wood in it. When I told the manager what was going on all she did was try to remake my food, like no I think I'll pass from crunching on wood. She did take the meal off of my ticket but never really seemed to care about the situation. And to me taking the meal off my my bill isn't enough for someone to bit down on a pieces of wood.
I normally love Chili's. I hate that it's been so bad. Something about the computers aren't sending food. After way to long for appetizers..then food, asked for Manager, she came over asking if everything was good.. she knew it wasn't. Don't insult us. She did apologize.. adjusted the bill. Our daughters birthday. They said they are no longer aloud to sing.. c' mon.. it's the simple things.. what a shame
Food was great but service was slow. Stopped in at 6:15 pm and was out at 8:30 pm.
